Recurring
Billing
The Recurrent Billing module allows you to upload a .txt formatted
customer data file for processing your repeat transactions at one
time, without manual entry. This module is a must for anyone who
needs to recurrently bill their customers for subscriptions, memberships,
or other regular services. This module can be used with all available
account types. (Toolkit, Toolbag, and eTerminal). Please contact

this add-on module.
Features include :
- Process transactions on
whatever date, or dates, you choose...simply upload your file
on the business date you want the transactions to be processed.
- Upload multiple files (Append)
for processing on the same day.
- User friendly Recurrent
Report interface includes multiple search functions, viewing and/or
exporting of all approved and declined transactions, see at a
glance the total dollar amount and number of transactions, and
display a Transaction Detail on any transaction with a single
click of the mouse.
- All approved transactions
will be permanently stored in eTerminal, the same as any manual
transaction would be, but without the time and effort of manual
entry.
Password
Plug-In
This Plugin allows for immediate delivery of a password or username
and password pair as the result of realtime credit card authorizations.
Passwords are uploaded to the processing server and queued for each
valid, realtime credit card authorization.
Features include :
- The password is presented
to the customer as part of the online receipt at the conclusion
of a successful realtime credit card authorization.
- Multiple access URL/product
purchases per transaction are supported. Only one password per
order will be presented. Multiple products URL's should by contained
under the same protected directory.
- Easy back office interface
for configuring protected URL settings on a per product basis
- Fast and flexible searching
of products for assignment or editing of protected URL settings
- Customizable download instructions
and link text on a per product basis.
- Back office uploading of
password files to the processing server. The password file(s)
may contain a single password per line or a username password
pair. Unlimited number of passwords may be stored in the password
queue. New uploads may replace or append the current password
queue.
- The password is included
in the customers order confirmation email with the associated
URL.
- Back office system to return
the next password in the queue independent of the realtime order
system. This allows emailing of valid passwords to customers who
pay by means other than the online realtime system.
- Automated email notification
when the password queue is low. Email will be sent when the password
queue reaches 100, 50 and zero passwords in the queue.
File
Delivery Plug-In
The file delivery plugin provides a seamless interface between realtime
credit card authorization and file downloads. This plugin is a must
for anyone selling software or information files. Any binary distribution
file that is commonly recognized by typical server and browser configurations
may be used. Some common binary extension types are .pdf, .zip,
.tar, .sit, .sea, .exe.
Features include :
- Download files are maintained
on the account owners remote server. This allows complete control
of the distribution files without the necessity of uploading them
to or maintaining them on the process server.
- Secret download URL's on
a per product/file basis. The URL to the download points to our
servers, the actual remote server URL to the file is never visible
to the end customer. Sample download URL: www.gochargeit.com/cgi-bin/download.cgi?xxxx-xxxxxxxx-x
- The life of the special
download URL is timed to expire after which the file may no longer
be downloaded. The timer length is configured in minutes on a
per product/file bases. Different file downloads may have different
timer settings. A typical timer setting is 2 hours. This feature
allows for additional download attempts by the customer due to
bad or lost connections while rendering the download link useless
to share with friends or post to public forums.

- The download link and instructions
are included in the confirmation email sent to the customer.

timed download URLs independent of the realtime order system.
This allows emailing of download URLs to customers who pay by
means other than the online realtime system.
